摘要
对高温合金GH30、奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti板材疲劳试件应力集中部位进行了激光冲击处理,比较了原始试件在激光冲击处理后疲劳寿命的变化。结果表明:激光冲击处理后,两种材料的疲劳寿命均有明显的提高,但提高幅度在不同的加载系数下有较大的差异.
in this paper, fatigue testing specimens of a Ni - base superalloy and austenitic stainless steel were shock processed by solid laser spot around the zone of stress constration. The variation of fatigue life after Laser shock processing was described. The results showed that, the fatigue life of these two materials was extended distinctly, but the extension changed much with different loading coefficient.
