摘要 介绍了已在临床使用或处于临床研究的吗替麦考酚酯、他克莫司、西罗莫司、FTY720以及一些中药免疫抑制剂的作用机制、临床应用、不良反应等情况。高效、低毒仍然是研究和开发新型免疫抑制剂的方向。 The review is written to sum up immunosuppressants including MMF,FK506,sirolimus,FTY720 and several Chinese herbal drugs.Mechanism action,clinical application and side-effect were underlined.Nowadays,the directions of study and exploration of immunosuppressant are efficiency,safety and low toxic.
