摘要
目的筛选具抑菌活性的鱼腥草内生细菌。方法结合鱼腥草内生细菌的总体特征,以茎内生细菌为筛选抗性菌的重点。结果从约200个细菌菌株中筛选出1株对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有较好抗性的菌株,点接法抑菌圈内外径之比分别为3.28和3.8,发酵液滤纸片法抑菌圈直径均在10 mm左右,发酵液在鱼腥草素最大吸收峰283 nm波长处有吸收峰。结论初步鉴定筛选出的菌株属芽孢杆菌属。
Objective To select endophytic bacteria in Houttuynia cordate Thunb.with antibacterial activity.Methods The endophytic bacteria in stem were studied as focal point to select resistant strains according to the total features of endophytic in Houttuynia cordate Thunb..Results One strain with great effects of antibacterial activities to E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus was selected from 200 bacteria strains.Using the point contact test,ratios of inner diameter and outside diameter of inhibition circle were respectively as follows:3.28 and 3.8.Both inhibition circle diameters of fermentation liquor of filter paper test were about 10 mm.The fermentation liquor presented a maximum absorptivity at 283 nm wavelength of maximum absorptivity of houttuynin.Conclusion The strain was initially identified belonging in Bacillus.
