摘要
目的建立测定牛黄上清丸中二氧化硫残留量的离子色谱法。方法样品经水蒸气蒸馏、3%双氧水氧化吸收后,进Dionex ICS-1100型离子色谱仪分析,选择AS-11-HC阴离子色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),保护柱为AG-11-HC(50 mm×4 mm),淋洗液为20 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为25μL。结果二氧化硫平均回收率为96.66%,RSD=3.08%(n=9)。结论测定方法简便,精密度、重现性良好,准确度较高。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the detection of residual sulfur dioxide in Niuhuang Shangqing Wan.Methods The samples were analyzed after distilled by steam,absorbed by 3%hydrogen peroxide.The Dionex ICS-1100 and AS-11-HC(250 mm×4 mm) anion analytical column were selected with 20 mmol/L KOH as eluent;velocity of flow was 1 mL/min;the injection volume was 25 μL.Results The average recovery was 96.66%,RSD=3.08%(n=9).Conclusion The method is easy to operate and shows better reproducibility and accuracy.
