鱼雷系统可靠性指标分配的本质是一个工程决策问题。文章介绍了鱼雷系统可靠性指标分配原则和常用的几种可靠性指标分配方法。而这几种方法都只考虑技术水平、复杂程度等因素,而忽略了费用的影响。因此,提出了一种新的考虑费用的鱼雷系统可靠性指标分配方法。

Indexes allocation of torpedo system reliability is in essence an engineering decision problem. It introduces the principles and familiar some ways of torpedo system reliability indexes allocation. But all the ways only consider factors such as technology level, complexity degree and so on, it ignore the influence of cost. So a new torpedo system is proposed reliability indexes allocation way which consider the influence of cost.
