我国公务员财产申报制度实施面临的问题

财产申报制度作为反腐败的一项重要举措,在许多国家都已经建立起来,是有效规范公务员行为的一项基本制度和国际惯例。目前我国尚未建立起完善的公务员财产申报制度,而且有关财产申报制度的文件和规定也未彻底的实施到位。财产申报制度的实施到底面临怎样的阻力和困境,有待我们深入研究。

Property declaration system as an important move against corruption in many countries have already established, is to effectively regulate the civil service acts as a basic system and international practice. At present, China has not established a comprehensive system of civil servants to declare assets, and the the property declaration system and the implementation of the provisions are not fully in place, and this problem needs to further study.
