摘要
电视机按钮组属于立体框架类塑件,在对其结构进行分析的基础上,完成了该塑件注射模的结构设计,并介绍了模具的工作过程。实践证明该模具结构合理,操作方便,生产效率高。
The TV button suite is 3D frame plastic. Based on analysis of the plastic structure,the structure design of injection mold was finished. the working course of injection mold was introduced as well. It is proved in practice that the mold is convenient to operate,with proper structure and high efficiency.
