摘要
针对当前输电线路温度检测的薄弱环节,设计了一种新型基于GPRS传输的输电线路红外热像检测的设计方案。重点阐述了该系统的工作原理、系统结构、功能以及各部分组成,主要包括硬件和软件方面设计的框架结构。系统选用红外摄像检测技术获得红外摄像图,并结合GPRS无线网络进行实时数据传输,实现了对输电线路温度实时在线的监测。现场运行试验表明,该系统较好地实现了对输电线路的重要部位实时或定时的红外热图像故障检测,各项技术指标已达到设计要求。
In view of the weak link that the present power transmission line could not perform examination for temperature real-timely, a new infrared thermal image checkout system for power transmission line based on GPRS is devised. The working principle, the systematic structure, the functions and the composition of the various parts of this system are discussed particularly, mainly including the frame structure of the hardware design and software design. This system adopted the infrared thermal image detection technology to get the infrared thermography image, combined with the GPRS wireless network to transport the reai-time data. The test shows that this new system realizes the real-time or timed infrared thermal image fault detection perfectly. All technical targets of this system have reachec design demands through operating and testing the transmission line on the spot.
