摘要
结合自动装配教学生产线中备料机械手的动作控制要求,实现了基于AT89C52单片机的备料机械手控制。先进行了主控芯片和并行接口8255的地址定义,然后进行输入/输出接口电路及电机控制电路等系统设计,并给出了软件的设计思路和流程图。系统采用串行通信方式,利用手动和自动选择,可分别实现下位机和上位机控制。该系统展现了单片机在工业控制系统中的综合应用,成为机械手的控制、机电一体化和电气自动化专业学生的综合实验实训的又一平台。
According the control requirement of robot movement for material preparation in automatic assembly production lines for teaching, a control system based on AT89C52 MCU was designed to control the material preparation robot. Firstly, the address of control chip and parallel I/O interface 8255 are defined. Then the AT89C52 system contacted input & output interface circuit and motor control circuit are designed. At last, the software design concept and flow charts of this system are presented. The control of the materials preparation robot is achieved by serial communication function and manual and automatic selection, according the instruction from field controller or host computer. The application of microcontroller in the industrial control is presented. It also can be used as a new comprehensive experimental platform for mechanical hand control in training of students in electromechanical integration major and electrical automation major.
