摘要
介绍了ＰＣＩ图像卡的结构以及ＰＣＩ总线控制器应用技术。该系统对面阵ＣＣＤ摄像机的视频信号进行数据采集，在软件的控制下，可以对图像进行多种操作。它使各种表面检测成为统一化结构，也为图像识别提供了基础；此外，系统所形成的数据文件，可以和ＰＨＯＴＯＳＨＯＰ等多种图象分析软件相兼容。本系统已用于多个领域的表面检测。
PCI image card's structure and PCI bus controller's application are described. This system can acquire data of video signal of area CCD camera and with software, it has many image operation modes which makes every surface measured as a whole, and becomes the basis of image discern. In addition, the data file formed by the system is compatible with image analysis softwares such as Photoshop. This system has been applied to surface measurement in many fields and has good effects.
