妊娠期贫血病因及治疗效果的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Anemic Cause and Treatment Result in Gestational Period

目的针对本地区妊娠期贫血的原因,制定具体的干预措施。方法采用前瞻性研究,对299例研究组贫血孕妇进行病因诊断,制定具体的治疗方案,同期304例贫血孕妇为对照组,采取经验治疗。对2组孕妇治疗方案的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果研究组中缺铁性贫血达95.32%,巨幼红细胞性贫血3.34%。分娩前贫血状况改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),研究组在早产、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、妊娠高血压的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论妊娠期贫血主要是缺铁性贫血,针对贫血原因制定具体治疗方案可有效纠正贫血状况,显著改善母儿结局。

Objective To design corresponding interventional strategies according to causes of anemia in gestational period.Methods We performed perspective study.All of gravidas were divided into 2 groups.299 gravidas in our study group were undergone ethological diagnosis and corresponding therapeutically strategies were designed.304 gravidas in control group were administrated experienced therapy.Results of 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results The incidences of iron deficient anemia and megaloblastic anemia in our study group were 95.32% and 3.34%,respectively.Anemic status prior to delivery was significantly better than that in control group（P0.01）;The incidences of premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and gestational hypertension in study group were significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Iron deficient anemia mainly occurs in gestational period.To ameliorate prognosis of pregnancy and fetal,we should design corresponding therapeutically strategies according to causes of anemia in gestational period.
