摘要
以α-异佛尔酮为原料,经异构得到β-异佛尔酮;后者与三甲基氯硅烷在碘化钠催化下醚化反应得到β-异佛尔酮三甲基硅烷烯醇醚,再与巴豆醛经Aldol反应合成了重要烟用香料大柱三烯酮,产品经GC-MS鉴定,总得率35%,含量为75%.
β-isophorone was obtained from α-isophorone via isomerization, which was then reacted with trimethylchlorosilane using sodium iodide as the catalyst to get β-isophorone trimethylsilyl enol ether. Af- ter Aldol reaetion with erotonaldehyde, the important Tobacco fragrant component Megstigmatrienone was synthesized. The structure of the product was identified by GC-MS. The Overall yield was 35% , the con- tent was 75 %.
