摘要
利用HOLLIAS公司的先进集散控制MACS系统的硬件和软件对双容水箱对象构建了串级控制系统.通过MACS系统硬件中的FM148模拟输入单元现场采集2组检测数据,由FM151模拟输出单元输出控制信号.利用MACS组态软件实现系统的数据库组态、设备组态、算法组态及上位机图形组态,较好地完成了对液位的控制指标要求.
In the paper,a cascade control system of two-tank level based on advanced distributed control system MACS developeb by HOLLIAS CO.is built.The AI unit FM148 of MACS acquisitions two field data and the A0 unit FM151 outputs control signal.The hardware configuration,data base configuration,algorithm configuration and figure configuration of the system's configuration software are realized to achieve the control requirements well.
