摘要
故障树分析是快速诊断故障的一种新方法.在分析数控车床电动刀架换刀故障的基础上,绘制了故障树图,对故障树进行定性分析,求出最小割集,为故障的预防提供措施,为故障的迅速解决提供方法.
Fault tree analysis is a new method for rapid fault diagnosis.Based on an analysis of CNC lathe tool change faults,a fault tree diagram is drawn and qualitatively analyzed to find the minimum cut set,which provides preventive measures as well as solutions to the faults.
