Value Conflicts and the Validity of Socialist Ideology

意识形态合法性是任何执政党都必须面临的一个重要问题,它是一个党执政合法性的理性基础和前提条件。由于社会变迁与社会现代化进程中发生的价值观念震荡、多样性文化碰撞以及社会腐败行为蔓延等因素,社会主义意识形态的合法性发生了不同程度的流失。当前,应在内容拓展上突出意识形态的时代性;在价值取向上,关注最广大人民的根本利益;在功能定位上,围绕经济建设中轴线服务;在外围保护上,处理好指导思想一元化与社会意识多样化的关系;在作用方式上,处理好社会心理、社会性格与意识形态的相互转换,以弥补社会主义意识形态合法性的亏空,夯实社会主义意识形态合法性的基础。

Ideology validity,as a problem which every ruling party must face,is a rational base and premise for a party to be in the reign.Socialist ideology validity is likely to be imperfect due to the value conflicts,cultural diversity,extending corruption and social inequality in the social transition and modernization process.Some measures must be taken to consolidate the validity of socialist ideology.We should keep ideology up with time in content,give prominence to the radical interest of the people in value,take the economic construction as the core in function,balance the relationship between centralized guiding idea and different social concepts and pay attention to the mutual conversion between social psychology,social character and ideology in function pattern.
