摘要
从企业法律风险的认知入手,针对当前我国企业法律风险防范机制的现状,对完善法律风险防范机制的重要性及提高企业的思想共识进行了分析,并阐述了应对工作中的着力点及人才资源建设方面的思路与举措。
Based on a general introduction of corporate legal risks the paper analyzed the current situations of legal risk prevention mechanisms in China.It pointed out the importance of improving such mechanisms and insisted on enhancing necessary common ideological foundation in corporations.Key initiatives as well as measures on legal professional personnel resource development in corporations are proposed.
