摘要
日本的高职校企合作起步较早,合作模式灵活,合作项目丰富,日本政府为校企合作搭建平台,制定相关法律,规定政府、企业和学校三方的责任和义务,并采取一系列的财政优惠政策,给我国高职教育中的校企合作提供了良好的借鉴。
College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in Japan starts early and has flexible patterns and various projects.The government constructs platforms for the cooperation,laying down laws and regulations specifying the responsibilities and obligations on the parts of government,enterprises and colleges respectively and offering a series of financial incentive policies.All of these give inspirations to the college-enterprise cooperation of China.
