The construction of logistic specialty should be adjusted and optimized in accordance with the changes of internal and external environment so as to cultivate highly skilled talents with qualities to meet the demands of local economic development.By means of SWOT the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College,and proposes the practical strategies and ways for logistic specialty construction.
