Discussion on Humanistic Education of Vocational Colleges

将人文教育贯穿于高职教育人才培养的全过程,是实现高职教育目标的关键所在,也是高职院校自身发展的需求。目前,高职院校由于受功利主义的影响,导致人文教育缺失,这在办学理念、人才培养模式和专业设置上都表现得极为明显。高职人文教育的根本出路在于:在办学理念上注重人文关怀,在课程设置上促进科技教育与人文教育相融合,在校园文化建设中突出个性发展。

Implementing humanistic education in the entire process of vocational education is the key to realize the goal of vocational education and is also the own demand of vocational colleges development.At present,due to the impact of utilitarianism,there is a lack of humanistic education in colleges,which is particularly predominant in education philosophy,talent-training ways,and setting majors.The only future for college humanistic education is to focus on humane care in terms of education philosophy,to merge scientific and technological education with humanistic education when setting majors,and to emphasize personality development in the process of building campus culture.
