社会事件公共转型的原因、影响和对策——基于三个典型案例的分析

Causes,Effects and Countermeasures of Public Transformation of Social Events——Analysis of Three Typical Cases

最近几年,我国出现了大量原本应该被纳入政府管理过程的社会事件转型升级为公共事件的现象,对政府管理和社会稳定造成较大影响。本文通过对"李刚门事件"、"王鹏事件"和"钱云会事件"三个典型案例的研究,分析了社会事件公共转型的原因和社会事件公共转型产生的政治社会影响,并提出了化解此类事件的对策。

In recent years, there have been some events in China which might have been kept within the management by government, but have deteriorted into public events. This has affected the government administration and social stability. On the basis of the study of three typical cases of ＂Ligang Event＂, ＂Wang Peng Event＂ and ＂Qian Yunhui Erent＂, the present paper analyzes the reasons and political and social effects of public transformation of social events and puts forward the conntermeasures to cope with the events.
