Review on the Innovative Resources Integration and High and New Technology Industrialization

中国科技创新资源尚缺乏有效整合,未实现高新技术产业化高效率产出。通过创新资源整合来提升高新技术产业化绩效已成为刻不容缓的重要课题。从创新资源整合、高新技术产业化及创新资源整合与高新技术产业化结合3个方面对已有相关研究成果进行梳理与概括,发现已有研究的不足,明确进一步研究方向,为同行研究提供思路、为政府和企业提升我国高新技术产业核心竞争力的决策提供参考。

Technological innovative resources in China still lack effective integration,resulting in no high efficient output of high and new industries.To enhance the performance of high and new technology industrialization through the integration of innovative resources has become an important subject of great urgency.This paper sorts out and summarizes the relevant research results from the aspects of innovative resources integration,high and new technology industrialization and the combination of them,discovers the deficiencies in previous studies and sets a clear direction for further research,providing ideas for the peer research and references for the decision-making of the government and enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of China＇s high and new technology industry.
