On Regional Dominance of Marine Industry Development in Huizhou

通过采用多层次因子分析法对惠州市海洋经济发展的区域优势进行分析,认为惠州市发展海洋经济在珠三角区域内具有地理区位因子、资源因子和社会因子方面的明显优势,表现为较好的地理区位,较高的资源潜力和大项目拉动优势,在区域经济因子上具有非常明显的劣势,表现为区域经济发展水平较低,海陆经济关联度较低。

This paper analyzes the regional dominance of marine industry development of Huizhou city among 7 close-ocean cities in the Pearl River delta by applying the multi-level factor analysis method.The obvious strength of developing the marine industry lies on geographical location factors,resource factors and social factors in Huizhou city with its relatively superior geographical location,high resource potential and advantages of lager projects driven.While the weakness are its lower economic developing level,low correlation between land industry and marine industry in Huizhou city.
