高校贫困学生就业能力的现状分析及对策研究

随着高等教育的大众化及社会环境的变迁,大学生"毕业即失业"已经不再是危言耸听,而身为高校特殊群体中的高校贫困生处境更举步维艰。他们往往存在缺乏职业生涯规划能力,心理压力过大,个人基本工作能力不健全,缺乏必要的求职技巧,专业知识与技能不扎实、实践能力较弱等弱点。因此,对其群体加强个性化就业指导、提升综合素质、巩固专业知识与技能等,以此进一步提升贫困生的就业能力,解决高校贫困生就业难的问题。

With the popularization of higher education and the changes of social environment,＂graduation means unemployment＂ to college students is no more an exaggerated or sensational topic.Poverty-sticken students,as a special group in college,are in an even more difficult employment situation.They are always in wanting of career planning capability,job hunting skills,professional knowledge and skills,poor personal working competencies and practice abilities with a lot of psychological pressure.Therefore,this paper focuses on giving solutions to and suggestions for these college students on personal employment guidance,comprehensive quality,professional knowledge and skills strengthening,etc.with an expectation that they enhance the poverty-stricken students＇ employment.
