摘要
在Williams和Burden的社会建构主义的外语教学观和Swain的"输出假设"的指导下,文章通过实证研究试图探讨综合英语课堂设立口头展示活动的作用,认为它有利于提高学生的思辨能力和综合运用英语的能力,并提出口头展示的教学策略,旨对英语教学改革有所启示。
This paper attempts to explore the effects of oral presentation on English learning based on the Social Constructivist Approach by Williams Burden and the ＇Output Hypothesis＇ by Swain.It holds that oral presentation is of great help in the improvement of English learners＇ mind and their comprenhensive language ability.Then the favorable strategies of oral presentation are put forward for the reform of English teaching.
