From April 27 to May 27, the 2011 Meeting in Beijing Arts Festival, an annual arts gala for world artists, was held in Beijing, the capital city of China. Featuring the theme of＂an arts festival celebrated in the romantic season of spring＂, the festival this year captured audiences with music, dance and drama events as well as outdoor carnivals and exhibitions. Nearly 1000 artists from up to 70 performing arts companies around the world were invited to entertain Beijing audiences with fascinating cultural and arts events.
