摘要
为评价不同造粒方式对烟用颗粒梗产品质量的影响,采用锤片式、剪切式和R型造粒设备进行了微波膨胀烟梗造粒试验,并对造粒过程中的物料损耗率和得率、生产能力和耗电量、成品物理特性和感官质量进行了系统对比分析。结果表明:不同造粒方式对生产过程的物料损耗率、生产能力、耗电量、合格颗粒得率及成品填充值的影响较大(P<0.01),但对产品的内在感官质量影响较小。锤片式造粒不仅能够保障产品具有相对较高的填充值,而且生产效能和颗粒梗产品的生产得率也相对较高,是颗粒梗产品制备工艺中一种较好的造粒方式。
Granulation of microwave expanded stems was studied with hammer,cut and R-type granulation to evaluate effects of different granulation methods on stem granule quality.Material loss rate,granulation yield,throughput,power consumption,physical characteristics and sensory quality of stem granules were analyzed.Results showed that different granulation methods had significant effect on material loss rate,granulation yield,throughput,power consumption and filling value of products during processing(P〈0.01).However,there was less impact on sensory quality.Hammer granulation can not only improve filling value,but also result higher yield of stem granules.It is a better granulation method.
