摘要
分别于2008年、2009年在安徽省皖南烟区烟草青枯病病圃,选择国内外文献中标注为抗青枯病的部分烟草种质及安徽省尚未鉴定抗性的地方种质共138份,田间采用高密度栽培方式、随机区组设计,鉴定其青枯病抗性。结果表明:(1)以感病对照长脖黄病情指数达到100时的抗性进行划分评价,部分烟草种质的抗性与文献标注的抗性表现有差异;本试验中没有免疫烟草种质;Coker298、K346、NC86、Coker86、K399、LMAFC34、歙圆四号为高抗品种;G28等13份种质为中抗品种;其它种质在中感以上。(2)依据大田病情指数变化对烟草种质抗性分为四类:感病型、慢病型、抗病型及免疫型,并对其进行数据规范;分类结果表明免疫型种质0份,抗病型种质3份为Coker298、NC86、歙圆四号,慢病型种质有DB101等16份;其它为感病种质。
138 tobacco germplasm,including 26 with identified resistance to tobacco bacterial wilt,were identified and classified on their resistance to bacterial wilt in general randomized block design and high density planting technique in diseased field in Anhui province in 2008 and 2009.Results showed that(1)resistance of some varieties was different from that in the documents when disease indexes of susceptible control variety was close to 100.There were no varieties that were immune to bacterial wilt.7 varieties had high resistance,13 varieties had medium resistance,and the rest were susceptible.(2)4 groups were classified according to change of disease index in the whole growth duration after transplanting,i.e.immune type,susceptible type,rate-reducing resistance type and resistance type.No immune type was found.3 varieties were classified as resistance type,which were Coker298,NC86,and Sheyuan 4.16 varieties were rate-reducing resistance type and others were susceptible type.
