磁记录用Co-Sn替代钡铁氧体微粉的温度特性研究

摘要 为了减小磁记录介质在运行过程中因温度变化而引起的干扰以使其具有良好的磁记录特性,对用融盐法制备的化学组成为BaFe12- 2xCoxSnxO19( x = 0~1.40)的Co-Sn 替代钡铁氧体微细磁粉的磁性及其与温度的依赖关系进行了测量与分析。讨论了制备方法的不同对替代离子占位情况的影响。结果表明,作为一种高密度磁记录介质,替代量x = 1.10~1.40的Co-Sn 替代钡铁氧体磁粉不但具有合适的矫顽力Hc ,饱和磁化强度Ms 和适用的居里温度Tc ,而且在273~333K的范围内具有较低的矫顽力温度系数ΔHc/ΔT ,并对ΔHc/ΔT随x In order to improve the margin for operating temperature changes to get high recording performance,the Co Sn substituted Ba ferrite Ba Fe 12-2x Co x Sn xO 19 (x=0 to 1.4) particles prepared by synthesis from melts were investigated on the aspects of magnetic properties,the effects of temperature on magnetic properties,and the effect of difference in method of preparation on occupation of substitution ions.It is concluded that Ba Fe 12-2x Co x Sn xO 19 particles with x=1.10~1.40 not only have a proper coercivity (H c ),saturation magnetization (M s ),and Curie temperature (T c ) suitable for high density magnetic recording ,but also have very low temperature coefficient of coercivities at the temperature range from 273K to 333K.
