基于电视节目内容检索的广播电视系统

借鉴VOD的服务思想，以现有广播电视网及其配套系统为基础，提出了基于内容检索电视节目的广播电视系统。该系统改变了传统的电视服务方式，可与其它广播电视网的数据服务相兼容，具有成本低、易于实现的特点。

This paper presents a content-based retrieval broadcasting TV system. The system employs tele-text techniques to forecast TV programs. It will change the traditional TV service methods, and is compatible with other data services using TV broadcasting net. The system is easy to realize with a considerable low cost.[
