顶岗实习是推进高等职业教育"职业化"改革进程、实现高职实习实训场所与职业工作环境的零距离对接的新型教学模式,是学生职业能力形成的关键教学环节,也是学生由"准职业人"向"职业人"转化的重要途径.本文对顶岗实习进行阐述,强调职业院校应加强顶岗实习过程管理,确保实习质量.

A job internship is to promote higher vocational education ＂occupation＂ of the reform process to achieve vocational internship working environment and career training places the zero mode of docking of the new teaching;it is the key to the formation of professional competence of students teaching links students from the ＂quasi-professional person ＂to＂ professional person ＂into an important way.In accordance with the objectives and requirements of professional training schools,and teaching programs arranged,organized school students to enterprises employing units of production services to the work of front-line participation of a job.This paper elaborated on the job practice,emphasizing the process of vocational schools to strengthen a job practice management to ensure quality practice.
