为满足长春市老百姓体育锻炼、健身、休闲娱乐及精神文化生活需求,解决目前老百姓运动和休闲场、馆紧张问题,根据长春市高校现有的体育资源和现状,进行体育资源社会化综合开发利用,发挥高校体育资源为社会服务的功能,体现资源社会化综合利用价值,促进全民体育事业的蓬勃发展和繁荣.

To meet the Changchun city common people physical exercise,fitness,leisure and cultural life demand,so as to solve the current civilians sports and leisure field,guan nervous problem.According to Changchun universities existing sports resources and status and socialization of sports resources comprehensive utilization,play college PE resources for the social service functions,embody the socialization resources comprehensive utilization value,promoting national of the PE development and prosperity.
