基于GIS的土石坝安全评价系统设计与实现

摘要 基于GIS的土石坝安全评价专家会商系统的研制与开发的关键技术,探讨开发过程中存在的一系列技术要点。系统以其及时的信息供给能力,较好的环境问题适应能力,方便的人机交互能力,能有效支持各层次决策。系统采用B/S体系结构,通过Web浏览器作为用户界面,Web服务器存贮和处理信息。会商系统大幅度提高土石坝安全管理的信息化水平,降低系统维护和管理的复杂性,减轻管理人员的负担,促进水利信息共享,最终服务于社会、服务于公众。 This article analyzed and summarizes the key technologies of GIS-based evaluation of earth-rock dam safety expert consultation system for research and development,investigated a series of technical points exist in the development process.System for its ability to supply timely information,a better adaptability to the issue of environment,the facilitate ability of human-computer interaction,and become more and more managers to develop an effective scientific decision-making aids.System uses the B/S architecture,general-purpose web browser as a user interface,web server storing and processing information.Conference system will be substantial increase the level of information in earth-rock dam safety management,reduce the complexity of system maintenance and management,reduce the burden of management,promote the sharing of water information,ultimately serving the community,serving the public.This also reflects the importance of GIS technology in the application of earth-rock dam safety evaluation.
