冀中廊坊市北运河雨污水资源利用探讨

Exploration on Utilization of the North Canal,Rain Water in Langfang City of Hebei Province

冀中廊坊市是资源性严重缺水城市,加之近年旱情严重,水资源短缺形势异常严峻,水资源紧缺已成为制约廊坊市可持续发展的瓶颈。北运河是廊坊市的主要有水河道,也是北京市主要的排污河道。其河道径流量具有量多、稳定、水质较好等特点。本文就北运河水资源的规律特点,指出了有利的地形条件、丰富的河道水量、众多的水利工程以及逐步改善的水体水质等因素使充分开发利用北运河雨洪及污水资源化成为可能。并就北运河水资源开发利用中存在的工程老化、蓄水能力偏低及生态脆弱等问题,提出了转变观念、加强工程建设及跨流域调水等北运河雨污水资源化利用的具体措施。对推动廊坊市乃至整个北运河流域地区经济社会可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。

Langfang City in Hebei is a resource of severe water shortage,coupled with severe drought in recent years,an extremely severe situation of water shortage,water shortage has become a bottleneck which constraint for sustainable development in Langfang City.The north of canal is the main river water,also is the main river for sewage in Beijing.The volume of river is runoff with more stability,better water quality and other characteristics.According to the law of the North Canal water features,it points out the favorable terrain conditions,the rich river water,many water conservancy projects and the gradual improvement in water quality and other factors,makes the full development and utilization of rainwater and wastewater resources in the north of the canal possible.And to the North Canal Water Resources Development Project aging,the existing water storage capacity low and ecological vulnerability and other issues,it proposed measures to strengthen the construction and inter-basin water transfer and other North Canal rain water utilization of specific measures.For Langfang City,the promotion of the North Canal basin and the whole economic and social sustainable development is of great significance.
