摘要
高层次交通工程专业学生科技创新能力培养是交通工程专业研究生素质教育的核心,是整合教育资源、建立持续人才梯队的关键环节,也是行业发展的必然要求。为此,应构建多平台开放互动"四位一体"的交通工程专业研究生科技创新模式,采取因材施教、循序渐进的方法,引导研究生进行创新性研究,并为研究生营造良好的科研环境,充分调动研究生的积极性,以优化研究生的知识结构,培养高层次的科技创新人才。
The cultivation of students' technological innovative capabilities of high level students in traffic engineering is the key in graduate students' quality education and also the critical process for the integration of education resources and the establishment of sustained talent echelon. It is the compulsory requirement for the development of traffic industry as well. This paper establishes an open and interactive multi-platform and a quaternity technological innovation mode for the promotion of technological innovation capabilities of the graduate students in traffic engineering. By introducing a new method that is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and improve their knowledge in proper sequence, the author advocates to encourage graduates to perform innovative research and create favorable scientific research environment to arouse students' enthusiasm adequately, which can optimize the knowledge structure of high level graduates majoring in traffic engineering and cultivate their technological innovation capabilities.
