我国科技期刊的网络化现状与应对

Status of and Response to the Popularization of Scientific and Technical Journal Network in China

互联网的迅猛发展,改变了人们的阅读和思维习惯,纸质的媒介正逐步被数字化的阅读所取代,因而科技期刊网络化得以迅速发展,其主要运用模式表现为纸质期刊的电子镜像、在线采编审系统和学术社团网站三种。但科技期刊网络化在发展过程中还面临着知识产权、网站的建设和维护、传播方式等急需解决的问题,因此,在建立健全相关法律制度的基础上,期刊编辑要树立与网络出版相适应的全新理念,采用版权协议解决授权出版问题,并充分利用网络公司的技术资源,发展大型的科技期刊网站,组建专业的虚拟社区,以便作者、读者交流,从而促进我国科技期刊网络化的发展。

With the rapid development of internet, the traditional reading and thinking modes have been changed, and the paper media replaced by digital reading. Therefore, the scientific and technical journal network becomes increasingly popular. Most of them are presented in the following three operation modes： the mirror image of printed journals, online editorial system, and academic websites. However, the development of scientific and technical journal network has to solve some problems such as intellectual property right, web building and maintenance, transmission method, and so on. In this regard, journal editors should have fresh ideas corresponding to network publication, and must make use of copyright agreement to authorize publication based on relevant rules and laws. Finally, technical resources of network companies shall be fully motivated to develop large scientific and technical journal websites and virtual academic communities, which will in due course better meet the communication needs of writers and readers, and promote the development of network publication of scientific and technical journal in our country.
