摘要
经营管理层的业绩直接决定着国内城市商业银行的整体绩效,对经营管理层胜任力的研究已引起相关人力资源管理者和研究者的关注。以问卷调查为基础,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,结果表明:国内城市商业银行经营管理层胜任力模型由内在素质、关系管理和管理技能三方面构成。
Management performance of domestic city commercial banks directly determine the overall performance of the banks. The research of management competency has aroused the concern of human resources managers and researchers. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods are used on the basis of questionnaires, showing that the management competency model of domestic city commercial banks has three-dimensional structure which covers the dimensions of internal quality, relationship management and management skills respectively.
