硫辛酸对急性低氧暴露小鼠C—Fos表达的影响

摘要 [目的]观察硫辛酸对小鼠脑缺氧后c—fos蛋白表达的影响并探讨其保护作用机制。【方法】采用重复低氧暴露制备小鼠脑缺氧模型,通过免疫组化法检测脑缺氧c—fos蛋白的表达以及经硫辛酸处理后对该蛋白表达的影响。【结果】脑缺氧后c—los蛋白的表达明显增加,硫辛酸可显著抑制脑缺氧后c—los蛋白表达。【结论】硫辛酸可以抑制脑缺氧后c—fos蛋白的表达,可能对脑缺氧后神经损伤有保护作用。 [Objective] To observe the effect of thioctic acid for injection on c-fos protein expression in the mouse brain with acute hypoxic exposure. [Methods]The mouse model of brain hypoxia was made by repeated acute hypoxic exposure for five times. The expression of c-los protein in brain hypoxia and the effect of thioctic acid for injection on its expression were detected by immunohistochemical method. [Results]The expression of c-fos protein significantly increased after brain hypoxic and thioctic acid for injection significantly inhibited the expression of c-los after brain hypoxia. [Conclusion] Thioctic acid for injection can inhibit the expression of c fos after brain hypoxia, which may protect the nerve injury after brain hypoxia.
