脊柱微创治疗椎间盘突出症 被引量:1

摘要 随着医疗技术的不断发展,在解除患者痛苦,并提高治愈率的前提下,更便捷、更安全、更小痛苦的微创技术应运而生。脊柱外科亦不断向着这一理念进步。经过数十年的研究,其微创技术由盲目操作到全内镜概念的突破,由间接减压到直接减压,由适应证相对狭窄到广泛适用于包括融合技术及椎管内减压等绝大多数类型的手术操作,已逐渐在国内国际上成为近期骨科学发展的热点问题之一。现笔者对其进行综述如下。
