摘要
目的通过检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-2(TIMP-2)在宫颈癌中的表达,探讨其对宫颈癌侵袭转移的影响。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测53例宫颈癌和14例正常宫颈组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达情况,并进行χ2检验。结果免疫组化结果显示MMP-2和TIMP-2在宫颈癌组织中表达显著高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01)。宫颈癌组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2的阳性表达率分别为71.70%和47.17%,MMP-2表达随淋巴结转移的发生而上调,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TIMP-2在有淋巴结转移者显著低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。MMP-2与TIMP-2的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达与宫颈癌的侵袭转移有关,MMP-2和TIMP-2可作为预测宫颈癌侵袭转移潜能和临床预后的指标。
Objective To study the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in cervical carcinoma and their effects on the tumor invasiveness and metastasis. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 53eases of cervical carcinomas and 14 cases of normal cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Significant differences were analyzed by X2 test. Results The positive rates of both MMP-2 and T1MP-2 were significantly higher in cervical carcinoma than in normal cervices (P〈 0.01). The positive rates of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were 71.70%and 47.17% respectively . The expression of MMP-2 was no relevant to lymph node metastasis (P〉 0.05). The expression of TIMP-2 decreased significantly with node metastasis (P〈 0.01), There was a correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP- 2 and TIMP-2 in cervical carcinoma was significantly associated with the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma. The MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may act as an index to indicate the potential of the invasion and metastasis and the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
