单支开放前降支闭塞并休克的介入治疗1例及循证证据 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料患者男性,55岁。糖尿病史6年,持续性胸痛4 h于2009年10月13日入院。血压95/64 mmHg,心肺无阳性体征。心电图示：V1～V3导联ST段抬高呈单相曲线,V4～V6、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF ST段水平压低0.1～0.4 mV,aVRST段抬高0.1 mV。入院诊断：冠心病,急性前间壁心肌梗死（考虑前降支近段或左主干病变）。行急诊冠脉造影,有创血压监测为70/40 mmHg。立即予主动脉内气囊反搏（Datascope CS100）支持。
