摘要
鲤鱼在实验室条件下(18 ±3 ℃) 驯化7 天,其血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT) 的活性在显著水平为P≤0 .05 时,不同组鲤鱼(20 ~30 cm) 无显著差异.离体实验条件下,分析了单甲脒(DMA) ,对硝基苯酚p - NPh 和邻硝基苯酚o - NPh 三种有机化合物对鲤鱼谷丙转氨酶均有明显的抑制作用,鲤鱼的半抑制浓度值分别为105 mg/L,7 .14 mg/L,22 .5 mg/L.鲤鱼血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT) 可作为一项指标用于生态毒理学研究.
Under normal condition,It was proved that difference of SGPT(Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase)from different groups of carp(23~27 cm)acclimated under 18±3℃ for 7 days was not significant (p≤0.05) in the laboralory.Then tests of the effects of DMA,DMA、 p -NPh and o -NPhon SGPT of carp in vitro were carried out.The results showed that DMA、 p -NPh ang o -NPh Caused fairly strong inhibition to SGPT of carp.The concentration required to effect 50% inhibition of DMA, p -NPh and o -NPhto SGPT of carp were 105 mg/L, 7.14mg/L and 22.55mg/L, respectively.It was proposed that effects of toxicant on SGPT of carp could be used as an index of toxicological assessment.
