摘要
目的基于三维扫描和迭代最近点配准(iterative closest point,ICP)技术的定量评价全冠修复体在模型上边缘绝对密合度的数字化辅助方法。方法用牙颌模型三维扫描仪分别获得预备体代型和全冠修复体的三维数据,利用迭代最近点配准技术实现"虚拟就位",在逆向工程软件中,利用锐化边缘等功能模块提取代型和修复体的边缘线,最后通过基于观测长轴的环切功能模块得到二维截面上全冠边缘点和代型边缘线点之间的直线距离,获得全冠边缘密合度的定量评价。结果通过配准、锐化边缘、环切等功能函数,实现了全冠修复体在模型上的虚拟就位,定量表达了全冠的绝对边缘密合度,初步建立了一种绝对边缘密合度的数字化定量获取路线,并对1例修复体进行了评价。结论初步建立了全冠修复体在模型上边缘绝对密合度的三维数字化定量评价方法,为全冠修复体制作效果的数字化评价奠定了基础。
Objective To establish a quantitative method to evaluate the absolute marginal discrepancy between the edge of the die and the full crown,based on 3-D scanning and the iterative closest point(ICP) registration algorithm.Methods Three-dimentional data of the die and full crown were collected by scanning,and "virtual seating" was achieved using ICP registration algorithm.Get the edge line of the die and full crown.At last,measure the absolute marginal discrepancy and analyze it with T test method.The functions such as "sharp edges" and "cloud circular" were used in the process.Results The quantitative digital route of measuring the absolute marginal discrepancy was set up.The method was decided and 1 case was evaluated.Conclusions The digital methods to measure the quantitative description of absolute marginal discrepancy was basically set up,which laid the foundation for evaluating the full crown using digital methods.
