半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效观察

Short-term effects of light diode laser on treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的观察半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效,探索治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的有效方法。方法 90例轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分实验1组30例,采用半导体激光治疗,1次/d,应用5 d;实验2组30例,采用半导体激光(1次/d)和西瓜霜喷剂(3次/d)治疗,应用5 d;对照组30例,仅给予西瓜霜喷剂治疗,3次/d,应用5 d。结果实验组2个体疗效明显优于实验组1和对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);总体疗效方面,实验组均优于对照组。结论半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡效果好,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the short-term effects of light diode laser on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer and try to find out an effective way to treat the light recurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods 90 patients with light recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into three groups randomly.The test group 1（30 cases） were treated with diode laser once a day for 5 days;the test group 2（30 cases） were treated with diode laser once a day for 5 days and watermelon frost 3 times a day for 5 days;the control group（30 cases） were treated with watermelon frost 3 times a day for 5 days only.Results Individual effect of the experimental group 2 was better than that of experimental group 1 and the control group,which had significant difference（P0.05）.And the overall effect of the experimental groups is better than that of the control group.Conclusions The treatment of light recurrent aphthous ulcer with Diode Laser is safe and effective.It′s worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
