参芪合剂对大鼠睾丸NO、NOS及总抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 目的观察参芪合剂(MGA)对大鼠睾丸组织NO、NOS及总抗氧化能力的影响。方法 40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和MGA40、20、10 ml·kg^-1组,实验组腹腔注射相应药物,1次/d。连续给药8周后,睾丸称重并测定睾丸组织中NO、NOS和T-AOC的含量。结果 (1)MGA高、中、低剂量组大鼠睾丸重量与对照组相比无明显差异(P〉0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,MGA高剂量组睾丸组织中NO、NOS、T-AOC均有明显的升高,结果有显著性差异(P〈0.05);MGA中剂量组仅NOS流性升高(P〈0.05);MGA低剂量组睾丸组织中NO、NOS、T-AOC均无明显变化。结论 MGA可增强大鼠睾丸组织的抗氧化能力,40 ml·kg^-1为有效剂量。对大鼠生育功能有一定的保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi mixture on the level of nitric oxide(NO),the activity of nitric-oxide synthase(NOS) and the total antioxidant capacity(TAC) in rat testis.Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group and 3 experiment groups,10 in each;the rats in the 3 experiment groups were injected with different dosages of Shenqi Mixture(40ml.kg^-1,20 ml.kg^-1 and 10 ml.kg^-1) once a day in 8 weeks,and then,the testis were weighed and the level of NO,the activity of NOS and TAG in the testis were detected.Result The testis weights of rats in the 3 experiment groups were not obviously different from that of rats in control group(P〈0.05);NO,NOS and TAG in the testis of the rats in the high dosage experiment group increased much higher than those of the rats in control group and the difference was significant(P〈0.05);in the experiment group of media dosage,only NOS flow increased(P〈0.05);no changes of NO,NOS and TAG in testis were found in the rats of low dosage experiment group.Conclusions Shenqi mixture can raise the antioxidant capacity of testis tissue in rats and is of certain protective effect on rat productive function;40ml.kg-1 is the effective dosage.
