血液流变学指标及血小板计数在老年肺癌患者诊治中的应用价值

The Application Value of Hemorheological Index and Platelet Count in the Diagnosis and Treatment of the Senile Patients with Lung Cancer

目的评价血液流变学指标及血小板计数在老年肺癌患者诊治中的应用价值。方法选择2009年12月-2010年10月我院就诊的老年肺癌患者61例作为观察组,另外选取同期来我院的健康体检者60例作为对照组,比较两组患者的血液流变学指标及血小板计数。结果观察组的患者的血小板计数及血液流变学主要参数均明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年肺癌患者血小板计数及血液流变学主要参数均明显升高,对老年肺癌的早期诊治存在重要的临床监测价值。

Objective To evaluate the application value of hemorheological index and platelet count in the diagnosis and treatment of the senile patients with lung cancer.Methods 61 senile cases with lung cancer visiting my hospital from Dec.,2009 to Oct.,2010 were selected to be observation group;60 healthy cases visiting my hospital in the same period for normal health care were selected to be control group;the hemorheological index and platelet count of the patients in the 2 groups were compared.Result The main hemorheological index and platelet of the patients in observation group increased much more than those of the patients in control group,the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The hemorheological index and platelet count of the senile patients with lung cancer raise obvious,they are of important clinical monitoring value in the early diagnosis and treatment of the senile patients with lung cancer.
