在实证研究得出河南必须适度加速发展成人高等教育的基础上，以灰色预测为主，运用多种预测方法，预测到２０００ 年，我国平均每万人中成高在校生数至少为２３ 人．如果河南以此为发展目标，则到２０００ 年，我省成高在校生数应达２１ ．６ 万以上，年招生量应不低于７ ．７ 万人．

By grey prediction and other forecasting approaches,this paper proves that it is quite necessary to develop high-level adult education moderately and predicts that,among 10,000 persons,there will be at least 23 students at schools for high_level adult education.If Henan takes this as its aim,there will be more than 200,000 students in the year 2000 and the yearly number of enrollment will be at least 77000.
