摘要分泌性中耳炎（Otitis Media with Effusion,OME）又称非化脓性中耳炎,是以中耳渗液及听力下降为主要表现。此病是以中耳渗出液潴留伴听力下降为主要表现的中耳常见病、多发病。该病成人及儿童均可发病,但以儿童发病率较高。持续的0ME常导致儿童听力损害,使幼儿语言发育及心理健康受到影响。
