摘要
"学长制"是一种新型的学生管理模式和教育模式,是一条实现学生"自我管理、自我教育、自我服务"的新途径。实践表明,在高职学生的入学适应期和顶岗实习期实施"学长制",学长能够在大一、大三两个阶段发挥重要的指导、帮助作用,成效明显。
The senior system is a new pattern of student management and education mode,and it is also a new means for students to carry out their self-management,self-education and self-service.During the adapting period for freshmen and post internship period,the experience of the senior system has indicated that seniors play an important and effective role in guidance and assistance for freshmen and juniors.
