探索中医全科医师培养模式的一些思考

Study on Training Model of Chinese Medicine General Practitioners

全科医生是未来世界各国医疗服务的主体人群,我国全科医学专业设置较晚,目前培养的全科医师数量远远不足,其中中医全科医师更是严重缺乏,不能满足临床医疗服务的需要。本文阐述了中医全科医师的特点和优势,提出中医全科医师应着重在中医药院校培养。分析了在中医药院校开设全科医学专业的必要性和具备的条件,提出应借鉴其他发达国家培养全科医师的经验,将中医学院校本科以上的教育作为今后全科医生培养的主要途径,借助师资、教学条件和学术优势,在中医药临床医学中单独申办中医全科医学专业。中医全科医师的专业设置需解决的关键问题是教材的选用和课程设置的整合,结论给出了探索中医全科医师培养模式的一些建议,包括要编制中医全科医学专业教材,并且体现出中医药特色。

The General practitioners are the main stream of medical services in the future, compared with the foreign educa- tion, our General Medical Education System starts later, the current number of general practitioners training are insufficient, espe- cially for General Practitioners of Chinese Medicine, it can not meet the clinical need. This paper describes the characteristics and the advantages of General Practitioners of Chinese medicine. General Practitioners of Chinese Medicine should be educated and trained in Chinese medicine universities. Undergraduate medical education will be the main way as general practitioners training in the future, with the help of teachers, teaching conditions and academic strengths, we should set Chinese independent general medical profession. The paper also analyses the condition and necessity for the specialty of General Practitioners of Chinese Medi- cine created in Chinese medicine universities. The key issue nowadays is the selection and integration of teaching materials and curriculum. The paper recommends some adviees for how training General Practitioners of Chinese Medicine. The textbooks for training General Practitioners of Chinese Medicine should be compiled and reflect the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
