产后抑郁症的社区护理干预方法研究

Research on Community Nursing Intervention of Postpartum Depression

目的探讨对产后抑郁症患者和目标人群及家庭,开展社区护理干预的具体方法。建立社区护理干预工作的职责和要求。经过社区护理干预,达到降低产后抑郁症发生率或减轻伤害的程度。方法对社区护士进行专业知识培训,提高干预能力;选取试点建立研究模型;制定社区护理干预工作流程、工作标准和干预内容;研究科学可行的、形式多样的、个性化的社区护理干预措施;对产后抑郁症和高危人群及其家庭建立社区护理干预模式。结果通过研究制定了系统的社区护士入户访视工作规章制度、工作职责、工作流程;创建了社区护理干预指导的具体内容和标准要求。结论本研究显示,采用社区护士积极主动上门访视的形式及有计划地组织相关专家到社区举办讲座及咨询等干预方法,对产后抑郁症患者和高危人群及其家庭实施社区护理干预后,对抑郁症状的改善有明显的促进作用,降低了疾病的发生率和伤害程度,达到了母婴保健目的 ,值得进一步研究总结推广使用。

Objective To study on the method of community nursing intervention for the patients with postpartum depression, target population and their families, and to establish the responsibilities and requirements for community care intervention, and to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression. Methods Training the community nurses to improve their capacity to intervene; selecting the pilot model;developing the community nursing intervention work flow, work standards and intervention content;researching the scientific practical in various forms and personalized community care interventions ; establishing the community nursing intervention model for the postpartum depression patients, and high risk groups and their families. Results We developed the home visits work rules,job duties,work flow of community nurses;and created a community nursing intervention on the specific content of the guidance and standards. Conclusion The community intervention methods of site visits actively and organizing some experts to seminars and consultation is playing a significant role in promoting the depression symptoms, reducing the inci- dence of disease and iniury extent, and imoroving the health of maternal and child. It is worthy to be further study.
